Comments:

1)      Would like the surgery to be open and the telephone line to be accessible throughout the whole day.

2)      Would like Wednesday afternoons to be open for surgery.

3)      Would like a coffee machine

4)      Would like the practice to be able to perform minor ops.

We emailed these results to our patient group asking for any comments regarding any areas they felt we should concentrate on. The survey was discussed by the partners, Practice Manager and Assistant Practice Manager at a meeting on th March and the following action plan was agreed and emailed to our group.

 

ACTION POINTS FROM PRG SURVEY 2015

Would like the surgery to be open and the telephone line to be accessible throughout the whole day

When the phones are switched off over the lunch period and our emergency number is given out so that patients have access all day.

Would like Wednesday afternoons to be open for surgery.

We have changed our well woman clinic to Wednesday afternoons. We are also offering a healthcare check clinic on a Wednesday afternoon.

We have discussed this outcome with our reception staff and congratulated them on their hard work and encouraged them to keep this first class standard up.

 

 The opening hours of Packers Surgery are Monday to Friday 8.0am to 6.00pm. We close on between 1.00pm and 2.00pm.
